Yesterday, one hour after eating bread with grains in it, I had intense pain to the left and center of my chest. This went on for an hour; someone told me this was heart burn; to me this sounds like a euphemism for something worse. The pain was more like being stabbed with a a knife. It returned this morning.
I ate grated cheese and grated carrot for breakfast, instead of the cheap grains from Aldi, because I read a blog by a doctor which states that they were bad for you and contained genetically modified grains which were bad for your heart. I used to eat bran, but had bowel problems and read that this was bad for you a year ago.
I bought The Jalapeno bread which has chilli in it and seems to be the only bread I can eat now without side effects. I ate cucumber and butter too.
No Snicker cravings today.
